Update: Can't pay at the post office. Drove to the DMV, did some floor hopping desk shuffling waiting. Found out if I was Saskatchewan, BC, Ontario, Alberrta they would have my license in their photocopy book and they would give me an international. They didn't so my little faux pa cost 6600$. Had I not stopped they might have mailed me the ticket for 600$. Which might be paid at the PO. Something to think about next time.
