It's half a block east of ZhongMing between XiangShang and WuQuan. Fortunately MinSheng ends at ZhongMing so there is no west option to confuse anyone. If you're heading south from XiangShang on ZhongMing, turn left at the 2nd light & its 100 meters up on right the side.
