One unhappy Representative
Nice to a hear a legislator actually showing some emotion. I swear I thought he was going to have an aneurism right on the floor of the US house. Now I just need to find out who in the hell this Tim Ryan fellow is and what his proposal on adding more troops is (if indeed that is what he is proposing in the last sentence).

He's just an uniformed dick. He's never been the same after he lost to Triple H on Smackdown.
i'm not sure about his uniform j-hole, looks like a typical shirt and tie guy to me.
