Big Bummer!!! Watching the tribute show to him tomorrow night Larry King Live....
I keep reading in the news reports about how fatal sting ray stings are so rare. That is... not how I remember it being in Florida, though I admit I am old and confused about a lot of things. Basically, I was pretty sure that a sting ray is one of the more dangerous things people run into in the Gulf of Mexico. Except jetskis.
A bunch of you guys are divers. Is there some kind of more dangerous ray that lives off the coast of Tampa, or am I senile?
