Rib eye steak and Baked Potatoes

Rib eye steak (Prime):
Lump charcoal
Mesquite chips
Nothin' else-no salt or pepper
Baked potato:
Olive oil
Fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano,
garlic,salt and pepper
