Notice that first you must sign in with your Google Account. Hotmail, Yahoo and your First National Bank account do not qualify. To do so you must enter your username of your Google Account, like the above, complete with @, and the stuff after it. Then you enter your password for the same Google Account. If that fails, find some cute computer geek or geekette to help you.

I don't think the problem is knowing how to enter the fields. As with me, I forgot my google address. Anyways, I'm here! Thanks for the help.
