The Supreme Court of Canada struck down a ruling banning private medical insurance.

Canada is the only nation other than Cuba and North Korea that bans private health insurance, according to Sally Pipes, head of the Pacific Research Institute in San Francisco and author of a recent book on Canada's health-care system.

Maybe now the Trans-Pacific Canadian Pipeline will lower production of English teachers.

Actually, if they could off-load their old sick people to Taiwan to teach, it would be more cost effective.
