First, not worth the hangover. Then, Omaha or Spit. Next,the piles were forever being pulled around the table. Finally, it was a "friendly gentlman's game", it is not "ha ha fun " social. "Learn the rules, then learn to play".

A Wedding and Poker Game

My pal Dwayne is having his Taiwan wedding on Sunday afternoon.. Then he will open up FM for drinks. I will be directing people to tables, Yipee! I think Monday morning is going to hurt. Wanna crash a wedding party?
Saturday Scream'n Steve is hosting a 500 Hold'em Tournament. 500 to start. In the event you go all-in on the first hand with an ace jack, you can pay again and re-start your evening.

Good Golly Miss Molly brought nothing but trouble.
Match the pot,hot seat in or out,deal rotates, straights beat flushes, 3 aces highest hand, one draw of one, must beat Molly. The pot saw 960, 1920, 3840, 7680, and finally 14360. There were players writing signatures and some giving autographs.

Good times. I saw the heavy folding black poker table out, I think it found a home at Steve's. It is still quite heavy and hard to tip despite the number of drunken beer holders.

These nuts kept the games running from about 6pm to 4am.

* Big and pretty hand, "200 hold'em", Angus plays four tens.

* Most painful has to go to Jeff, "In Betwen" J went for whole pot of 1800, hit the post and added 3600 to the pot (Pot quickly whisked away by a Texas tornando).

* Surprised. "5 card draw,2 draws of 2, 5's wild,max 100" after taking 2 draws of 2, Drunken Danger Dave beat my beautiful Ace high staight with 4 of a kind, he had 3 wild fives. (boo hiss)

Aaron is leaving like air out of a balloon.

I'm removing red ink from pens the traditional way.

Saturday, mini golf location, starting around 8:30. There is a plan to sell beer on site.

I made it out to PJ's on Tuesday to wish Brit Paul a Happy Birthday. I may be attending poker on Saturday, and if need be, i will go to church on Sunday.

Perhaps I should just forget about making a shout out. I could just attend the regular afterwork meeting at the Mom and Pops.
